Stayed here for 2 nights for a wedding anniversary. Very happy with my stay . All the staff were very helpful and the manager (unfortunately didn't get his name) couldn't do enough for us . Would happily stay here again. Recommending it.

We stayed 3 nights at the Heights Hotel and we really enjoyed our stay It's a first class hotel in every way beautiful rooms even have a fridge in rooms lovely staff and delicious food you couldn't ask for more

Pretty hotel. Food was lovely. One lady from housekeeping was very abrupt with my husband, she knocked on the door of our room giving out about check out time being 11am when I had only just asked at reception and told 12 or 1pm. No mirror in room.

Ideal location. Friendly efficient check in. Bedroom was good sized and very peaceful. Excellent food & very accommodating when we increased meal numbers. Killarney was busy and thoroughly pleasant. We'd happily stay in hotel again.

Overnight stay with my wife. Booking in was fine except receptionist asked for copy of our ID. I work away during the week in my job and it was the 1st time I’ve been asked for ID.

Excellent food in the restaurant. Breakfast was not great ran out of continental very early and was not replaced. We found Joan to be very rude to her staff in front of customers.

Problem with the room was resolved when reported. Internet can be slow. Remote for TV, difficult to turn off TV. Plenty parking, you can walk into town. Good choices for breakfast, staff very helpful.

The hotel was clean and rooms modern and spacious. We stayed in room on 2nd floor but there was drilling and banging going on the floor beneath us for renovations which was never mentioned to us before we checked in. Difficult to get rest in the am.

Lovely hotel, staff were so friendly, beds are super comfy and breakfast was delicious. we really enjoyed our stay. It’s a bit out from town you could walk but it would be about 20mins or so
