What a great city for a break, Galway really has it all!
Ideal location with parking next door.
Breakfast was a doggy bag and when went down stairs it was chaotic, only one jug for milk and everyone touching it,COVID seemed to be an excuse for everything ,would not take bags on early arrival due to“COVID”no cocktails due to“COVID” a disgrace
Dissatisfied with breakfast A brown bag with juice oats fruit muffin left outside the door No full Irish and no proper setting of tables tea in a take away cup toast on a paper plate sausage rolls and wedges for breakfast very bad
We had a lovely 2 night stay in Jurys Inn Galway. Hotel staff very helpful and friendly. Only issue is the way they are serving breakfast, leaving a breakfast bag outside your hotel room (cold breakfast).
Jurys Hotel is spotless and staff were very helpful. Good size rooms. Only bad thing is the car park. Cost an extra €30 for our 3 night stay and spaces and enterences are VERY small if you have a big car.
Were do I start, hotel bar doesn't open until 2, tables in the beer garden left with empty glasses even when not busy, breakfast left outside your door, had to ask for toilet roll for room, rooms not cleaned, towels not taking away, room to hot.
Had a great time in Jurys inn Galway the room was clean and staff were nice
All staff very helpful. We felt very safe with the COVID measures in place both in the rooms and at the breakfast restaurant. Very central location. Recommend to others
Loved the location no need for taxis or buses. Room was basic. Breakfast was standard.
Delighted I booked through SuperValu fabulous price. Certainly great to get a break right in the centre of the city. Hotel was lovely staff were very friendly and polite easy checkin and checkout. Can’t wait to book next break with SuperValu.
Hotel was spotless clean breakfast superb and staff were very pleasant and helpful couldn't fault our stay will definitely be returning soon
Had never stayed in Jurys Inn before. Great location
Very centrally located.Across the road from a bus stop.Secure luggage storage.Very obliging staff.Breakfast excellent.Could be a better choice for evening food.cashless transactions through out hotel,a problem, especially in the bar/ lounge area,👌😎
Location perfect but room was too hot ,avoid 111.
Great location, friendly staff
First of all this hotel is in a great place central to everything .. and beside the water beautiful area. Unfortunately the staff are very unprofessional and untrained and unfriendly. The room was ok. You have to pay for parking also!
Central location, friendly & efficient staff but this hotel could benefit from the reintroduction of a dining room, with a la carte & dinner menu options, which could, perhaps, be achieved in the forthcoming refurbishment programme!
Jury's Inn Galway is situated in the perfect location for exploring the city
1st time to stay in jury's Galway and would highly recommend it, staff very pleasant, hotel spotless and breakfast very tasty.
Thourly enjoyed great location looking foward to going back
Great hotel excellent location and facilities . Staff friendly and very helpful.
Fab hotel and so central to city centre…food was very tasty especially breakfast which had a huge selection - very impressed overall
Hotel was clean and comfortable, good selection and very tasty breakfast items.Staff were friendly and helpful, only thing I can complain about is the noise but that came from outside the hotel as it is located on a busy area.Overall a great hotel.
Stayed at jury hotel galway this week great location. Staff very helpful and friendly. Great choice of breakfast. Would definitely recommend. Will be coming back.
Rooms / Bathrooms need to be updated! Breakfast terrible 3 mornings in a row, looked as if it was cooked hours earlier. Lack of Management. SOME, Staff just did'nt care!!!!
Lovely hotel & central to everything. The staff went above and beyond in their duties during our stay. We'll be back soon to stay at the Jury's Inn Galway.
