Hotels were extremely good. Great value for money. One complaint would be if you book a disability room through the Supervalu site the request does not appear on the hotel booking. This is the 5th time this has happened.Make sure you follow up by fon

Room was really big and very clean. We ate in the Curry House in the hotel. Food was great. Staff very friendly.

Had a lovely 1 night stay. Unfortunately breakfast was a little disappointing. Arrived for breakfast at 9.45 and there was very little left, hot buffet was dried out and inedible

Hotel was spotless and Covid friendly, Rooms were spacious and comfortable, ideal location for shopping only a few minutes from the crescent & city centre, staff were excellent and friendly, Breakfast & Dinner was delicious and cocktails were amazing

We had a very nice time in the hotel and the area. The best part about our stay was probably the food in Off The Bone. I had what was possibly the best steak I have ever eaten there. My wife also loved her calamari. Service however was quite slow.

Excellent hotel I would recommend to anyone our room was so big. Breakfast in the morning is really good and the food and drink in the restaurant is fabulous and not over priced either. I will definitely be returning.

Wonderful hotel food , staff & service was exceptional, hotel is ideally located with a bus stop outside with 3 buses that can take you into Limerick city , will most definitely stay again.
